A: Dialyze Direct is billing for the dialysis services you are receiving within the nursing home. Dialysis services are performed by separate providers and are separately billable from the nursing home services.

A: Dialyze Direct bills the insurance carrier collected at the time of nursing home admission and start of your dialysis treatments. We will reverify your insurance status each month and update as needed. If there is a change in your insurance or want to verify that we have your correct insurance on file, please call the number listed on your patient statement.

A: Dialyze Direct bills your insurance carrier for dialysis services provided within the nursing home. If your insurance carrier determines that you owe a copay, coinsurance, deductible or there is no coverage, then you will be billed for the patient responsibility portion per the Explanation of Benefits from your Insurance Carrier. If you believe you have insurance that should be covering your dialysis services 100%, we may not have your supplemental insurance information. Please call the phone number listed on your patient statement and provide your secondary coverage information.

A: There are three convenient ways to pay your bill:

1. Mail a check for the balance due to the address listed on your patient statement;
2. Pay by Credit Card over the phone by calling the number listed on your patient statement (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express); or,
3. Pay by credit card using the following link: https://secure.cardknox.com/dialyzedirect. You will need your account number listed on your patient statement and balance due.
